  How the Alpha Cape and Patches Work

      Children wear the Cape or necklace. On the front of the necklace and on the back and front of the Cape are Velcro hook straps. 

       On the back of the alphanumeric patches (letter, punctuation, numbers, operators, shapes, and colors) are Velcro loop straps.  The students attach any alphanumeric patch to either the cape or necklace. 

        They are then ready to participate in an Alphacaper learning activity.
